Tallahassee International Airport is 89 miles south of Valdosta-Lowndes County, while Jacksonville International Airport is 132 miles southeast of Valdosta-Lowndes County and features eight major airlines.
Valdosta-Lowndes County also boosts its own municipal airport with an 8,002-foot runway, private air services, a full-time Fixed-Base Operator, and available jet fuel.
